HEALTH According to the Do Kamo Plan, New Caledonia's 2018-2028 healthcare plan, which aims to reform the healthcare system and strengthen prevention, healthcare expenditure represents 23% of New Caledonia's GDP and more than 3,000 healthcare professionals. Healthcare expenditure increases by about 3% each year and amounts to more than 400 KF.XPF/year/inhabitant (€3.3 K).
