AID FROM THE SOUTHERN PROVINCE The Southern Province provides support for business investment and job creation through operating and/or investment subsidies under the CASE scheme (Code des Aides pour le Soutien de l'Économie). This major business support scheme is essential if the Southern Province is to have a modern, relevant tool for stimulating and steering economic recovery in line with changes in the local productive fabric.
