OTHER PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Agence Calédonienne de l’Énergie (ACE): ACE is involved in implementing New Caledonia's energy transition plan (STENC). It raises consumer awareness, encourages training in the sector and provides financial support for studies and projects related to the energy transition. Agence Rurale (AR): is responsible for regulating prices for agricultural and agri-food products, preventing and compensating for damage to agricultural land, and protecting the environment.
