Organisation des Professionnels de l’Économie Numérique (Open NC): a cluster of New Caledonian companies in the digital sector, whose aim is to structure the sector, promote a digital hub, and develop skills and synergies to address the territory's digital issues and challenges. Pacific Food Lab: a sustainable and resilient food cluster which is structuring for the region and can be replicated throughout the Pacific. Its aim is to sustainably increase the proportion of raw, processed and cooked local produce on New Caledonians' plates, in order to generate greater economic, social and environmental added value. Synergie: taking part in New Caledonia's energy transition: controlling energy consumption and developing renewable energies. The cluster also aims to export New Caledonian expertise to the South Pacific. Valorga: the aim is to develop, support and professionalise a network of effective players to promote the recovery of organic materials. It pools knowledge and techniques, and participates in research and experimentation with the aim of developing local expertise on a regional scale. 69
