Association pour le Droit à l’Initiative Économique (ADIE): part of the Adie France network, this association finances businesses that do not have access to bank loans by offering micro-credit. Institut Calédonien de Participation (ICAP): set up in 1989 to rebalance the territory’s economy, ICAP strengthens the equity capital of companies based outside Greater Noumea through equity investments and current account advances. PromoSud: a financing and development company for the Southern Province, it takes equity stakes and current account advances in companies investing in the sectors of the future (marine resources, renewable energies, innovative start-ups, etc.). 73
